<p>Rob is enjoying married life in Northhamptonshire with his Wife Catherine and first child Henry. When he has some spare time, he enjoys working on lowering his golf handicap and indulging in his biggest vice – wine and food.</p>

<p>With over 35 years of global experience in many markets including Wilkinson Sword, Unilever, Kraft General Foods, Princes, Buitoni, Adidas and Pentland, Roddy uses his expertise to support ‘cutting edge’ client delivery.</p>
<p>Roddy joined us in January 2009 – he regales us all every Monday morning with an accurate account of the ups and downs of Liverpool FC and his beloved London Scottish RFC.</p>

Becci (along with her supportive colleagues) is very proud of herself having competed in the London Marathon twice.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Caroline Gowing</strong> is an Associate who supports both development and design. She builds on her comprehensive academic and professional background in psychology, human-centred design and usability.</p>
<p>Caroline has worked in Defence for the past 8 years, in a range of different roles across the delivery, development, research and experimentation spectrum. She has a strong focus on both change and information management. She has in-depth, firsthand knowledge of military operation, planning and acquisition, including project and programme management, and human-focused development of systems and teams.</p>
<p>Caroline is a qualified sky diving instructor with a life-time ambition to climb the Seven Summits – the highest mountain in each continent.  So far she’s done one – Mount Elbrus, Europe’s highest mountain at 5642m.</p>

<p>Neil has worked for 4 years in IT support roles, having previously worked within the NHS. His work experience and academic studies have given him the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver practical advice and solutions to any client in any situation. Neil holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology.</p>
<p>Originally from Dudley and now living in South London, Neil enjoys riding his bike, playing football, watching sports, kick boxing, going to the gym, travelling and listening to live music.</p>
