Steven Arrowsmith

Managing Director

Steven is a co-founder, joins client engagements, works with our Solutions, builds relationships and looks for new ideas.  An intuitive, yet structured problem-solver he draws on experiences as a leader, manager and consultant.  Highlights include his role in creating Agile Ideas, a short time at Outward Bound Australia, active service as a young army officer and some military strategic planning stuff.

Steven has enjoyed programmes at City University and London business schools, with an interest in strategy and innovation. When not with his family or immersed in business, he sails and owns a set of golf clubs.

Phil Curds

Consultant

Philip Curds is a Consultant and a regular member of our project teams. He divides his time between the firm’s consultancy and business development. Prior to joining Agile Ideas, Philip served as a Senior Pricing Analyst for BP and Shell at Accenture, the management and technology consultancy.  He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics. Philip joined us in May 2009 from British Sky Broadcasting where he worked as a Strategic Planner.

He is a keen swimmer and golfer, with a passion for current affairs.

Neil Jones

Helpdesk Technician

Neil Jones is our Helpdesk Technician. He is involved in implementation and joins up project teams from the outset in order to ensure smooth delivery to clients.

Neil has worked for 4 years in IT support roles, having previously worked within the NHS. His work experience and academic studies have given him the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver practical advice and solutions to any client in any situation. Neil holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology.

Originally from Dudley and now living in South London, Neil enjoys riding his bike, playing football, watching sports, kick boxing, going to the gym, travelling and listening to live music.

Micaela Davis

PA & Client Services Manager

Micaela Davis is PA to the two Managing Directors and the Client Services Manager. Micaela brings organizational, administrative and communication skills to her role having had 5 years experience in similar roles. The ability to communicate effectively makes it possible for her to fully understand the desired outcome and deliver the expected results.

Micaela joined us in April 2009 from Sydney, Australia and is still adjusting to the London weather.

Jason Miller

Helpdesk Technician and Infrastructure Engineer

Jason Miller joined Agile in October 2008 as a Helpdesk Technician and Infrastructure Engineer. He looks after the internal systems and supports our clients. Jason’s background is in desktop and server support for education and private sector industries. He relishes the chance to solve technical and complex issues.

He has achieved numerous technical qualifications (Comptia A+, Netgear VPN Specialist, MCTS: Vista Configuration, MCSA 2003  and MCSE 2003) and is currently working towards specialising in ‘Information Security’.

Jason loves food, music and recreational activities and spending time with his ever-expanding family.

Eamon Ross

Director

Eamon Ross is a co-founder of Agile Ideas. He has been developing and influencing management information systems for over 15 years. Eamon holds an MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Design of Information Systems.  He has a particular interest in emerging technologies and bringing those to market to bridge the gap between geeks and business users.

Eamon is currently focused on delivering our innovative Agile Campaign Planner System to the UK MOD. In his spare time he is still a retiring rugby player and an improving golfer – but likely to shade his handicap for competitive advantage.

Caroline Gowing

Associate

Caroline Gowing is an Associate who supports both development and design. She builds on her comprehensive academic and professional background in psychology, human-centred design and usability.

Caroline has worked in Defence for the past 8 years, in a range of different roles across the delivery, development, research and experimentation spectrum. She has a strong focus on both change and information management. She has in-depth, firsthand knowledge of military operation, planning and acquisition, including project and programme management, and human-focused development of systems and teams.

Caroline is a qualified sky diving instructor with a life-time ambition to climb the Seven Summits – the highest mountain in each continent.  So far she’s done one – Mount Elbrus, Europe’s highest mountain at 5642m.

Ben Forsythe

Consultant

Ben Forsythe is a Consultant in our Project Team. Ben has worked on a number of organisational development and knowledge exploitation solutions with us. Previous experience includes working with the Home Office. He has a Masters in International Security from Bristol University.

Ben joined us in November 2007. He has many interests including political affairs, rugby, and London Irish RFC.

Becci Wyatt

Senior Consultant

Becci Wyatt is a Senior Consultant. Becci combines a broad Intelligence background (military, government and police) with an academic education from Oxford in Arabic & Middle Eastern studies and International Relations. She joined Agile Ideas in February 2007.

Becci (along with her supportive colleagues) is very proud of herself having competed in the London Marathon twice.

Roddy Campbell

Business Development Manager

Roddy Campbell is our Business Development Manager. He works closely with the Directors and Consultants to identify business opportunities and turn conversations with clients into long-lasting, trusting partnerships.

With over 35 years of global experience in many markets including Wilkinson Sword, Unilever, Kraft General Foods, Princes, Buitoni, Adidas and Pentland, Roddy uses his expertise to support ‘cutting edge’ client delivery.

Roddy joined us in January 2009 – he regales us all every Monday morning with an accurate account of the ups and downs of Liverpool FC and his beloved London Scottish RFC.

Robert Strange

Business Support Manager

Robert Strange joined Agile Ideas in 2007 as a Consultant and now hold the position as Business Manager. One of Rob’s main duties is project management and includes the CEP programme for the MOD.

Rob brings insightful military experience to the company having served in the Royal Dragoon Guards from 2000 – 2007.

Rob is enjoying married life in Northhamptonshire with his Wife Catherine and first child Henry. When he has some spare time, he enjoys working on lowering his golf handicap and indulging in his biggest vice – wine and food.

Our Leadership team is small in order to be effective. Strategy is driven from the bottom-up as much as it is driven from the top- down. We make the most of the skills our extraordinarily diverse team offers.
