Title: Senior Consultant

Reports to: to be discussed

Based at: London

Salary package: TBN

DEFINED POSITION:

To identify, initiate and manage projects within Agile Idea’s portfolio.  Additionally to assist with the growth and development of Agile Ideas Ltd.

KEY RESBONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the delivery of a range of “agile” Projects, managing resources and customer expectations.
• Plan and prioritise “agile” projects towards achieving agreed buisness objectives.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
• Central role in planning, developing and implementing strategy for organisational development of Agile Ideas.

ROLE:

Requires the ability to work comfortably within a young and innovative business environment.

PERSON:

Energetic, flexible and innovative individuals who are attracted by the prospect of joining an exciting, easy going enterprise at an early stage and are not stressed by the associated risks. This must be backed by a sound intellect and the ability to analyse and develop solutions for a diverse range of problems / issues. Honed communication skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility with clients are essential.

10 -15 yrs professional experience (including mil service). Should have advanced understanding and expereince of strategic military operations and planning - any service, any branch.  An extensive network of defence contacts would be an advantage.  Competency in office IT tools is essential along with ability to quickly master and exploit other consultancy software tools.
