Position Vacant

Title: Consultant/Business analyst

Reports to: Managing director

Based at: London

Salary package: 35K plus discretionary bonus

DEFINED POSITION:

To assist in delivery of “agile” projects to defence sector clients, by providing analysis and day-to-day management of customers.

KEY RESBONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for daily management of projects, including identification and management of resources within budget.
• Use judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles to projects.
• Analyse customer requirements and relevant information sources; producing written reports as required
• Maintain and develop exisiting customers through effective communication.

ROLE:

Requires the ability to work comfortably within a young and innovative business environment.

PERSON:

Energetic, flexible and innovative individuals who are attracted by the prospect of joining an exciting, easy going enterprise at an early stage and are not stressed by the associated risks. This must be backed by a sound intellect and the ability to analyse and develop solutions for a diverse range of problems / issues. Honed communication skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility with clients are essential.

5 - 7 yrs professional experience (including mil service). Do not apply if you are seeking senior roles. Educated to grad-level or similar, no specialisation required. Training will be provided for suitable young candidates who show potential and commitment. Able to take a lead role in small project teams in any service or branch. Competency in office IT tools is essential along with the ability to master and exploit other consultancy software tools. Equal opportunities employer.
