Our core business is primarily defence based, but part of the company's vision is to take our innovative programmes into the commercial sector. With this in mind, a background in military or defence consultancy is an advantage, though not essential.
Ideally, we are looking for people who will fit into our company structure and who understand the demands of working for an expanding business at an early stage.
